Five-time world champions Brazil beat Mexico 2-0 on Monday to book a place in the quarterfinals of the World Cup in Russia.
Goals from Neymar and Roberto Firmino made sure Brazil reached the World Cup quarter-finals for a seventh straight time.
Mexico have not reached the quarterfinals of the World Cup since 1994.
Brazil will now face Belgium or Japan – who meet in Rostov-on-Don in the day’s second match.
The Brazilians have conceded only three goals in 15 matches in all competitions.
